Patrick Holmes

Patrick has been working in commercial real estate since 2006, when he began his internship with Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC.  He has since obtained his real estate license and is assisting in the marketing of many of the firm’s listings.  His primary duties with the firm are market research, marketing presentations and property showings.

Although he was born in Dallas, Texas, Patrick grew up in England where he attended Kingswood School, Bath and then King’s College London, University of London where he graduated from with a BA in Philosophy.

After graduating, Patrick worked in the Finance Department at a large multinational financial advisory company in England.  His interest in field hockey brought him back to America, as a member of the United States Men’s National Field Hockey Team.  He trained and played at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California for over two years.

Patrick is involved with several community based organizations.  He is a member of the Active 20-30 Club of Tucson, and currently serves on the Club's Board, as its Philanthropy Chair.  Patrick also sits on the Associate Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs and is the Celebrity Auction Captain for THE EVENT, 2009.  He is a leading volunteer with the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce’s Total Resource Campaign, which was created to help the Chamber become an even better business advocacy group.
